All requests for returns must start by contacting Customer Support.
This +Shop Return policy describes how +Shops powered by MarketNation, also known as MarketNation Inc. (collectively "+Shops") commonly manage your return requests.
When you contact Customer Support, please make sure you have the order number and order confirmation email available for reference. If your purchase qualifies for a return, instructions will be communicated to you via email.
Please contact Customer Support regarding all defects, damages, and issues of warranty. All products sold by +Shops come with the manufacturer’s warranty as stated in the product listing. If a shopper’s item arrives with a defect and is reported within 5 days of receipt, your item may be available for refund at no cost to you. Instructions for your refund will be provided upon approval of your refund.
All returns must follow our standard Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Our return centers will reject units not accompanied by an approved RMA number. The return address will be given when an RMA is issued. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the return address and the RMA number being provided.
Unless stated differently in the Return Policy of the associated product listing:
Refunds will be granted to customers within 30 days of the product being delivered to our returns center to give the returns inspection team sufficient time to evaluate the state of the returned product. If a product is found to have been incorrectly returned, the customer may be required to pay for shipping to return the product to the customer in the condition it was returned in.
You will receive an email when your return is inspected and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.
