Shipping Policy

This +Shop Shipping Policy describes how +Shops powered by MarketNation, also known as MarketNation Inc. (collectively "+Shops") commonly manage the shipment of your orders. 

 

United States Domestic Shipping

Processing and Handling Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of your order confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Unless otherwise displayed in your cart, orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS ground services and delivery can be expected to be delivered within 1-10 days of placing your order.
  • Orders ship for free unless otherwise noted in your cart.
  • Exact delivery date is ultimately controlled by the package carrier and buyers are responsible for being available at the time of delivery. Order tracking details are provided in your shipment confirmation email. 
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • +Shop does not ship to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates, or PO box locations. Shipment forwarding is not supported. 


International Shipping

  • +Shop does not ship Internationally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active and trackable within 24 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation.

Damages

  • +Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • +Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • +Shop will collect sales tax at the time of transaction.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Contact Customer Service for support or to request a cancellation of your order.
  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
  • Unopened items may be returned at the shopper’s expense for a refund.
